about the hollow
I remember when we first came up with the name for ‘The Fox’s Hollow’. We’d been stuck on it for months, back when all we had in our heads was a small idea to bring a little bit of wonder to the world. Wonder and a sense of magic through the love language of coffee, cocktails and food.
It finally hit us one day while walking down the street. Not a hole, or a den, or a burrow, or a cave.
No, this... this is a hollow.
And so, within a name we had found the essence of what we wanted ‘The Fox’s Hollow’ to stand for; a place of dreams, of warmth, connection, and beauty.
We want to give the soul a sense of magic, a touch of romance, and just a little bit of wonder with every sip. Whether it’s our delectable coffee experience, artistry cocktails, or exceptional food, we want to complete those everlasting moments with a sense of awe and wonderment at ‘The Fox’s Hollow.
about the owners
Asher and Rebecca first moved to Brisbane at the start of 2022. Both coming from small country towns on the other side of Australia, Ash from NSW, and Rebecca from WA, they moved to the city in hopes of perusing bigger dreams. It didnt take long for them to realise that this was it, this was home. They fell in love with the city of Brisbane, with their little life, and their little farm, and all that this city had to offer.
Asher had always been a dreamer, and they had always been good at turning those dreams into a reality. For the past six years Asher had run their own business selling hand sculpted replica props from movies and games. Fulfilling the fantasies of both children and adults with their beautiful art.
They had always found joy in creating a sense of wonderment for themselves and others. To bring a bit of magic to people in this simple little life, well, maybe that’s their purpose. And so the idea for The Fox’s Hollow came to light. The World had just opened back up after a two year long pandemic. People were starting to discover the outside world again. They were looking for adventure, and excitement, to live, to taste, to laugh, to connect, to dream, to wonder.
These are the founding pillars in which The Fox’s Hollow stands. Through the love language of both coffee and food, we provide a space where people can connect with the world again.
